Proverbs 31

Proverbs 31

I’m so so blessed by reading Proverbs 31 today. It’s like my heart is bursting.

Sandwiched between these 2 verses is the description of this amazing woman!! How to ever be like her?

A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman–who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls.

Charm and grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not lasting],
▶️ but a woman who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord, she shall be praised!

Proverbs 31:10, 30

Then I saw her secret. And it’s so good. So simple. So liberating. So inspiring.

Isn’t He lovely? Isn’t He wonderful?

Haha, I started singing now.

It’s from the inside out. Working out all that he has already deposited in us. Amen.

How Do You See Him?

How Do You See Him?

While the religious leaders asked Jesus questions (Matt 22) to prove that His theology was wrong, and about money and the Law, – listen to the question Jesus asked them back:
What do you think about the Christ?
Whose Son is He?
Straight to the core. Straight to what REALLY matters.
Can I ask you (and myself) this very question?
What’s your opinion about the Christ today?
How do you see Him?
I’m reminded of what Pastor Prince says:
“How you see Jesus determines how and what you receive from Him. If you see Jesus as your healer, you will receive healing. If you see Jesus as your refuge and fortress, you will receive protection. – He came to be our Redeemer. (Galatians 3:13) He came to be our Righteousness. (1 Corinthians 1:30) He came to be our Shepherd, so that we will not lack anything. (Psalm 23:1)”
