We may sometimes feel stuck and discouraged when we look at our circumstances, BUT when we choose to see life from His point of view, we see His goodness and His overflowing abundance towards us. We can live life fully satisfied, yet hungry to know Him more. 🙂
Yup, in the midst of trouble! 🙂 HE IS (present tense) so much greater than any trouble we may have. Selah.
Wow, read the following verses: Psalms 46:2-3, 10(NKJV)
Therefore we will not fear,
Even though the earth be removed,
And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though its waters roar and be troubled,
Though the mountains shake with its swelling.
10 Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!
Choose life 🙂
These verses explain why I love nature so much 🙂 Christ is revealed and my heart is ministered to.
Bold as a lion! 🙂 What does bold look like? Is it loud and fierce and unafraid and strong and daring?
Interestingly the word ‘bold’ in Hebrew is the same word used for ‘trust’. Wow. Bold looks like trust, like dependence, like confidence in His goodness. In essence it’s all about having a good opinion of Daddy God, in His love for me. Those who know they are loved, are bold. We stand our ground and possess our inheritance in Christ.
Psalms 18:29 (NKJV)
29 For by You I can run against a troop,
By my God I can leap over a wall.
Safe in His embrace 🙂
So poetically expressed in Young’s Literal Translation:
Psalms 17:7-8 (YLT)
7 Separate wonderfully Thy kindness, O Saviour of the confiding, By Thy right hand, from withstanders. 8 Keep me as the apple, the daughter of the eye; In shadow of Thy wings thou dost hide me.
